Pro Series

This bodywork put Armour Bodies on the map in the US market. Pro Series fit, finish, flexibility and crash worthiness has made it an industry leader. Introduced for the 2008 season, Pro Series became anything but just another moderately priced bodywork set. The quality is apparent as soon as you pull it out of the box.

Full Sheet Fiberglass
Each kit is assembled from full sheet fiberglass allowing for the strongest, lightest bodywork possible. Other manufacturers save money using scraps of fiberglass in their kits making them heavier and more brittle. Pro Series bodywork will often survive a crash that would some leave other bodywork in pieces.

Special Resin
Armour Bodies uses a special resin derived from the kayak industry. Originally created to withstand rocky impacts, our specially formulated resin provides superior flexibility and weight savings. This resin also has a very low shrinkage ratio, ensuring a perfect fit.

Finish
We spend more time finishing our bodywork than any other manufacturer in the industry. Every kit is meticulously finished, filling holes and sanding edges to insure a perfect surface on every kit. The bodywork is ready to paint with just a light scuff, saving you time and money in the booth.

Carbon/Kevlar Reinforcement
New for the 2011 season Armour Bodies has raised the bar once again by adding Carbon/Kevlar reinforcements to all the mounting areas at no extra cost. These reinforcements help prevent cracking at the mount points during a crash, keeping your bodywork intact and on the bike where it belongs. Our flexibility, finish, fit and price set us apart from all others.


Signature Elite

Full Carbon/Kevlar Edges
We took the carbon/Kevlar reinforcement introduced in the Pro Series a step further by adding it to the entire mounting edge. We've also added Kevlar reinforcements to all of the leading edges to further reinforce it making this the toughest bodywork we've ever made.

Special Resin
We use a special premium resin that is exclusive to the Signature Elite bodywork. Our resin features a high rubber content making the bodywork ultra flexible yet extremely light. In short, this bodywork will survive impacts like no other.

Special Primer/Finish
Signature Series Elite features a special primer that was originally developed for flexible composites. The primer is formulated to withstand impact and flexing without spider-cracking.
